Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, 1/2 tsp salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes. Thicken sauce and serve. |
