1 each red kidney beans, 6 oz can

1 cup water

1/2 cup pumpkin

1/4 cup tomato sauce

3 tablespoon chili sauce

1/8 teaspoon oregano

1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced

2 cup rice, cooked, hot

In large nonstick saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute and reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 minutes, adding water if needed. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings. Calories 157 Fat 1 g Fiber 6.2 g.
