1/2 pound italian pork sausage

1 cup carrots, sliced

1 each potatoe, diced

1 each garlic clove

2 each cans beef broth

15 oz garbanzo or chick pea beans, drained

14 oz canned tomatoes, undrained

1 1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

1 each bay leaf

1 cup zucchini

1 parmesan cheese

Brown the sausage. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
