ÿ 1 c Sifted All-purpose flour ÿ 4 t Baking Powder ÿ 1 t Salt ÿ 1 t Allspice ÿ 1 t Cinnamon ÿ 3/4 c Sugar ÿ 1/2 c Milk ÿ 2 c Grated Raw Sweet Potatoes ÿ 2 ea large Eggs PreHeat Oven to 350øF, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and spices into a bowl. Gradually beat in sugar and eggs. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients beating until smooth. Add sweet potatoes; mix well. Bake in a greased 9 inch square pan 30 minutes or until done.
