3 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt

1 tb Butter or butter substitute 1/2 c Grated cheese

Prize winning recipe Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt. Work in butter and cheese with 2 spatulas or tips of fingers. Add milk. Mix quickly and lightly.
