1 ts Salt

3 c All-purpose flour

1 ts Baking soda

1 ts Cinnamon

2 c Sugar

3 lg Eggs

1 1/2 c Oil

1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice -

2 c Bananas; mashed with

About 6 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend (do not beat) (I use my mixer on low) Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350 for approximately l hour, 20 minutes. Check at one hour. After you take it out of the oven, set aside to cool without removing from pan. Nancy Bushner-- this is EXTREMELY moist - better baked a day ahead and freezes GREAT!
