Ingredients and Directions

1 Pie shell; unbaked

6 Apples; sliced thin

2 tb Granulated sugar

1/2 ts Cinnamon

2 tb Lemon juice

1 c Brown sugar

1 c Flour

4 tb Shortening

4 tb Butter

Fill pie shell with sliced apples. Mix white sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Sprinkle over apples. Mix brownsugar and flour. Cut in shortening and butter until like meal. Spread over apples. Bake in hot oven 400 for 1 hr.
