Ingredients:

1 large red apple

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup celery – or 3 stalks

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Artificial sweetener to taste

How to Prepare:

Chop apples and celery in 1/2” chunks. Mix apples, celery, mayonnaise, and walnuts together. Add sweetener to taste. About 1/4 of the salad makes the perfect snack.
