Stir in powder until the mixture can be formed into firm balls(your choice on size- large marble to golf ball size). Heat oil to 350 in a deep fryer. Fry balls for approximately 5-6 minutes or until nicely browned. Drain well on paper towels. Oriental type dipping sauce: 2tablespoons dijon mustard, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tsp hot pepper sauce(more or less to taste). |
