Ingredients:

1 1/4 pounds ground beef

8 ounces tomato sauce

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons chili powder -- or to taste

1/4 cup poblano peppers -- minced (or 1 jalapeno pepper)

salt if desired

fresh cracked pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

Brown ground beef, add in the poblano pepper, tomato sauce and paste, and chili powder and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serves 4 I like to serve this over hot dogs and top with cheddar cheese and broil till cheese melts.
