Molasses Wheat Bread

Ingredients and Instructions

-------1 1/2 LB LOAF-------

2 c +1 Tb bread flour

1 c Whole wheat flour

3 ts Gluten

1 1/8 c Water

5 tb Buttermilk powder

2 1/2 ts Red Star Active Yeast

3 tb Molasses

1 1/2 ts Salt

1 tb Butter

1/4 c Grapenuts

Have ingredients at room temperature. Add in order described by machine manufacturer. Use light setting. For the Hitachi 101 I warm liquid in microwave for 1 minute before I add to bread pan.
