Pork Chops With Sweet Potatoes

6 Pork chops 11/2 inches thick

2 tbsp. Flour

Tbsp. Oil

Sweet potatoes

Salt

Pepper

Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices.

Lightly dust the pork chops with the flour salt and pepper. In a pan

heat the oil and brown the pork chops for about 1 minute on each side.

Next add the potatoes and cover, finishing cooking for 30 minutes.
