2 cups of cooked pinto beans
1/2 cup of chopped onion
2 1/2 cups of chicken stock
1/2 cup of tomato juice
3 tablespoons of butter
2 minced garlic cloves
Sour cream
Cook the onions in the butter. Add the pinto beans, chicken stock, and the minced garlic and
mix well. Pour into saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the tomato juice and cook until
heated through. S erve with a spoonful of sour cream on top.
