3 pound veal, boneless, cut in 2 inch cubes
4 each green peppers, sliced
3 each onions, sliced thin
2 each garlic, cloves, minced
1 pound mushrooms, quartered
3 each chicken boullion cubes, crushed
3/4 teaspoon basil
2 each tomatoes, cans (1 lb. each)
Combine all ingredients in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.
