Country Style Steak Cooked In The Crockpot

4 to 6 cube steaks

Flour

1 Tablespoon cooking oil

1 Envelope dried onion soup mix

1 Envelope brown gravy mix

Water

1. Dust steaks with flour.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Brown steaks on both sides. Drain excess fat.

3. Place steaks in slow cooker. Add soup and gravy mixes and enough water to cover meat.

4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
