Yogurt Smothie

Ingredients and Instructions

Yield: 1 servings

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Davinci Syrup, any flavor

1/2 cup plain full−fat yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries

6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the ice in your blender until smooth. Then add the ice and blend. It

makes a sinful "smoothie".
