Pan seared pork chops with sautéed mushroom, shallots, sherry and heavy cream.
Salt and pepper both side of chops.Heat 1tbls and 1pat of butter to heated pan. Add chops cook 5min on each side take out of pan and keep warm. Add sliced onion, garlic and sliced mushroom add pat of butter if needed add salt pepper turn heat down to low-med and put a lid on it cook 10 mins or until mushrooms are soft then add sherry and cook down for 5 mins then add cream.. Add chops back to pan cook 10 more mins add more sherry if more sauce is desired. Put chops on plates top with sauce..my kids love this dish they lick their plates:)
