A French cuisine recipe adapted to a healthy and fast way of cooking. It includes eggs and milk/cream, lean meat and veggies.
Spray a 8" x 8" casserole dish with nonstick spray for the quiche. Preheat your oven to high.
Steam the broccoli for 3 mins (microwave).
Cut the chicken leftovers in small bites.
Inside a large bowl, mix collectively the eggs, the full fat milk, salt, and pepper. Stir with a whisk. Stir in the chicken leftovers in the combination, and add the broccoli and the grated mozzarella cheese (or the cheese of your preference).
Pour the combination in the sprayed non stick casserole dish and sprinkle some cheese and paprika on top.
Bake for 40 mins, until it sets and it has a golden color to it.
Cool it on a wire rack, for 15 mins, and serve.
