Spicy Tuna Patties

Ingredients and Instructions

1 Onion (chopped)

2 Cloves garlic (crushed)

1 ts Cumin

1/4 ts Coriander

1/2 ts Cayenne pepper

1/2 ts Dry mustard

2 Eggs (beaten)

2 cn Tuna

1/2 c Bread or cracker crumbs

1 tb Parsley

1 ts Lemon juice

2 tb Flour

Salt & pepper Fry onions in oil until soft then add garlic and seasonings. In a bowl mix the final 7 ingredients. Next add sauteed onions. Make 8 patties from the mixture and fry in oil until browned.
