2 10 oz pkgs

- 2 tb Superfine sugar

1 tb Kirsch or other

Cherry-flavoured brandy Frozen raspberries -- Defrosted & drained

Rub the raspberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Recipe By : Time-Life Foods of the World Russian Cooking
