Green Chile Quiche

· 1 (9−inch) frozen pie crust shell

· 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained

· 1/4 C. ripe olives, quartered

· 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

· 3 eggs

· 1/2 C. milk

Spread green chiles over bottom of pie crust. Place olives on top of chiles.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat together eggs and milk; pour over cheese. Bake on

cookie sheet in 375ºF oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from

edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
