1/2 pound loaf

1 1/8 c Buttermilk

3 c Bread flour

1 1/2 ts Salt

1 1/2 tb Sugar

3/4 c Grated extra-sharp cheese

1 1/2 ts Yeast

Use extra sharp cheese. Bake light.
