Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients and Instructions

Filling:

3 cups canned sweet potatoes -- drained and mashed

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter -- melted

2 eggs -- well-beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup milk

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed

1/4 cup sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons butter -- melted

1/2 cup pecans -- chopped

Filling: Combine ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a prepared quart casserole dish. Cover with

topping Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Topping: Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture before baking. Can

double topping if you want to cover completely. Bake until top sets.
