Sour Cream 'N' Cheddar Potato Casserole

6 medium potatoes

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups of sour cream

1/4 cup of butter

1/3 cup of chopped onions

Boil the potatoes until they are almost tender then grate them into a mixing bowl. Mix all the other ingredients

together with the grated potatoes and place into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
