1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of flour

1 cup milk

2 eggs

2 cups canned corn

1 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/2 cup diced ham

1/2 cup diced cheese

Melt butter, add flour, mix well, add milk, then add eggs. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook for

2 minutes. Add corn, ham, cheese, etc. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife

inserted in center comes out clean
