2 cups of long grain rice, cooked and salted
3 cups of stew meat cooked, seasoned, and cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup of peas, drained
1 cup of beef brot h
1 can of cream of celery soup
4 strips of bacon
Layer all of the ingredients in a casserole dish and pour the cream of celery soup and beef
broth over mixture. Top with the bacon strips and bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Cover
with foil if it sta rts to dry out.
