Chicken And Rice Casserole

6 strips uncooked bacon

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup rice

1 can of water

8 chicken pieces

oregano to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Line casserole dish (13x9) with bacon strips. Spread uncooked

rice over bacon. Place chicken on top of rice. Mix soup and

water together and pour over chicken. Season with salt, pepper

and oregano. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes

or until chicken is done (this will depend on the size of the

pieces). Makes 4 servings.
