Sourdough Pancakes 4

Ingredients and Instructions

1 c Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/2 c Active Starter

1/2 c Milk

1 Large Egg

1 tb Cooking Oil

1/2 ts Baking Powder

Mix well and let stand a few moments. Drop by large spoonsful on hot griddle. NOTE: Berries of all kinds can be added to these recipes.
