3 cups of unsweetened apple juice or apple cider

2 cups of orange juice

1 cup of honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup of lemon juice

6 w hole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

2 whole allspice

1 1/2 teaspoons of ground ginger

Mix the apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup in a 2 quart sauce

pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes st irring

occasionally. Combine the spices in a 10 -inch square cheesecloth bag. Add the spice

bag to the liquid and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the warm punch into cups and garnish with

orange slices and or cinnamon sticks.
