3 cup pinto beans, or red beans, cooked
1 1/2 pound hamburger, lean
24 oz tomato sauce, canned
1 each onion, chopped
1 each garlic, clove, chopped
3 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
Saute hamburger and chopped onion, drain. Add to beans with spices, garlic and tomatoes. salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or until heated and flavors blend.
