--------------POULTRY, FISH, SHELLFISH--------------

1 c Dry white wine

3 Large shallots; minced

2 Large garlic cloves; minced

2 T Olive oil

2 T Lemon juice

1 1/2 T Dijon mustard

10 Peppercorns; crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
