skinless 1 egg beaten

1/2 c soft bread crumbs

1/4 c cheddar cheese shredded

1 tsp onions minced

1/2 tsp dried thyme crushed

1 tbl cooking oil quartered

lettuce leaves tomato slices 2 sm pita
