South Texas Chuck-Wagon Rub

Ingredients and Instructions

1 Garlic clove; crushed

1 t Seasoned pepper

1 t Ground dried mild chiles

1/4 t Cayenne pepper

1 t Seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 2 Tbsp.
