------------BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,LAMB,FISH------------

1 Garlic clove; crushed

1 t Mustard seeds

1/2 t Finely slivered lime peel

2 t Lime juice

2 T Sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until fairly smooth. Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.
