-------------FOR BEEF, POULTRY, & PORK-------------

3 T Mild ground chiles,

-=OR=- chili powder 1 t Hungarian hot paprika

Pinch of coriander 2 T -=OR=- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes anout 1/3 cup
