1/4-pound wide noodles, cooked
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of butter melted
Preheat oven to 375. Butter a casserole dish. In a large bowl put the cooked noodles, cottage
cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper and the butter and toss well. Put the noodle mixture into the
dish and bake for 50-60 minutes. The noodles will be bubbly.
