Peanut Butter Pie

1/2 cup of softened butter or margarine

3/4 cup of sugar

2 heaping tablespoons of smooth peanut butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla

2 eggs

2 cups of whipped cream

1 cup of softened cream cheese

1 – 9” prepared pie shell

Whip the butter, cream cheese, and the sugar with a mixer until smooth. Add the peanut butter, vanilla,

and the eggs and mix until creamy. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped cream and pour into the prepared

pie shell. Top with the remaining whipped cream and chill until ready to serve.
