Oatmeal Pie

Ingredients and Instructions

1 stick of butter

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of white granulated sugar

1 1/4 cups of Karo syrup

1 1/4 cups of oatmeal (Minute oats)

3 eggs

1 tsp. of vanilla

1 cup of pecans

Combine all the ingredients, mix together and pour into a ready-made piecrust.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe will make two pies.
