2 eggs

3 tablespoons of butter melted

3 tablespoons of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 cups of milk

1-1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar

1 cup of all-purpose flour

3/4 cup of yellow cornmeal

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Butter a baking dish 8-inch square and preheat oven to 350. Place the dish

until well blended. Add to the eggs the sugar, salt, milk, and vinegar and mix

well. In another bowl stir together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and
