Ingredients:

1tbl butter

1 ham steak about

1 1/3lbs

1 cup strong coffee

3/4 teap. sugar

1/4 tea hot pepper sauce

How to Prepare:

place 10" skillet over med-high heat until hot. add butter, tilt skillet to coat bottom. add ham steak, cook 3 min. turn cook 2 min longer. remove ham; place on service platter and set aside increase heat to high add coffee, sugar, pepper sauce. bring to boil continue boiling 2 to 3 min until reduced to 1/4 cup liquid, scraping bottom and sides spoon over meat
