Ingredients:

1 bag pork rinds and crushed them till very fine

4 small boneless steaks

2 eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream -- or more if needed

How to Prepare:

Whip eggs and heavy cream together using fork. Then dip steak into the eggs/cream and roll in crushed pork rinds. Deep fry till done. Very good!
